My practice is based in Herriman, southwest Salt Lake County, Utah and provides individual and corporate tax preparation, tax planning and accounting services. Previously these services were provided by the firm, Black & Condie headed by John Condie, CPA and a graduate of Brigham Young University. My clientele includes real estate businesses, non-profit organizations, many professional and service organizations, and small businesses in the restaurant industry and various other industries.
Tax Services
My tax services include tax preparation for personal, business, estate, and non-profit taxation. I can also assist with tax compliance for payroll taxes, and sales and property tax filings for businesses.
Auditing
I provide audit support and representation in the event of IRS or other tax agency audits. I also perform certified financial audits for both non-profit and other industries.
Business Services/Bookkeeping
I provide bookkeeping services for small businesses particularly in the fast food industry. My small business services also includes preparation of payroll and payroll tax compliance and sales tax compliance.
